Everyone needs to get ready for emergencies. People living with disability often have extra things to think about or need some support – and we’re here to help online or in person.

The workshops follow the Person Centred Emergency Preparedness (P-CEP) model, with four steps:

  1. Your strengths and support needs in everyday life – you are the expert in your own life.
  2. Know how prepared you are for an emergency and learn about your disaster risk.
  3. Plan for your support needs in an emergency.
  4. Communicate your plan with the people in your support network and connect to address gaps.

There are regular online sessions scheduled – Register for an online workshop.
